We present this award annually at our Gala.

Saturday, May 12th at the Beautiful Five-Diamond Restaurant - The Addison in Boca Raton, Florida
On May 12, 2012 The CJ Foundation hosted their 3rd Annual Gala at the Addison in Boca Raton. This was a very successful, sold out event. The Foundation honored Dr. Andre Fladell as their 3rd annual silent hero. They were proud to award four (4) scholarships during the event and sponsor three (3) wishes to the Make A Wish Foundation of Southern Florida.
