Jeff Staley who brings over 30 years of property management experience and a successful track record is responsible for the overall strategy, management and profitability of the Apogee New Dawn and its affiliated companies. Coordinating a team of senior management specialists, Staley supervises approximately 350 field personnel and serves as operations liaison with new project development teams. While personally directing, participating in and monitoring the support services of Apogee, Staley approves all project operating and capital expense budgets, marketing and training programs and is responsible for new business development efforts.
A multi-talented real estate specialist, Staley’s track record encompasses every phase of real estate including property management, marketing, training and on-site management. Since early 2004 Staley has consulted for the developers of and directed the rental, conversion and transition to association management on more than 30 apartments to condominium conversion projects consisting of 10,000 units throughout Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Maryland, Massachusetts and Arizona.
Prior to forming The Apogee Companies, Staley was a principal of Atlantic & Pacific Management and served as the companies Vice President. He was President of The Related Group (TRG) Management Company Florida. Staley oversaw more than 150 field personnel with TRG while managing more than 30 apartment communities. With substantial experience in third-party management relationships, Staley has worked with some of the leading investors such as Prudential, MIG, AEW & NML. He maintains a very professional relationship with these companies and is always abreast of their financial goals and objectives with the real estate being managed.
Jeff decided several years ago to focus energy and time in giving back to the community and to help support causes that were of special importance to him. After the battle with cancer that he watched his sister go through and the devastating effects that it had on the people around her, specifically CJ, he knew he had found the appropriate causes and it was the appropriate time. As Chairman and Founder of the CJ Foundation, Jeff intends on guiding the foundation to a national level and to support those causes which can have the most impact on the lives of others.
